In the Self-Care Coop we focus on ONE self-care topic a month.

Before the month starts you’ll learn how this topic will benefit you.

Then depending on where you are in your life with this topic – you decide the simple daily commitment you want to make. (We’ll guide you with our 3 step system so you can easily know what feels right.)

Now, that you know how to show up for yourself – we’re here to help you stay on track and be there for the difficult days.

OUR STORY

Throughout life… I often wished there was an instruction manual when it came to self-betterment and let’s be honest, really just life in general. 

How do you begin to live a more happy balanced life? Do you read a ton of self-help books, listen to podcasts or take a yoga class? What works? And what would make me actually happier. Life can be messy and this journey we’re all on is PRETTY interesting. 

At the young age of 22  I was diagnosed with Cancer (Hodgkin’s Lymphoma), and it became even more apparent to me that everyday is a gift. Now, after 11 years of remission, there are days where it’s easy to forget that belief. Gratefulness can fade and self-care gets pushed to the side.

I just wished there was a simpler way to keep me accountable where I always seemed to fall short: Self-care & Self Improvement. When I focus on me and becoming a better version of myself everything in my life gets better. But it’s just so freaking hard to get started and to stay consistent.

So while at a low-point in my life – feeling lost and confused… it hit me! Why don’t I create this community of self-care.

Not a fake perfect insta life but a community of real women wanting a bit more guidance and support to help them live a more balanced life. One where they take care of themselves, just like they do for everyone else in their life.

As soon as this idea enter my brain I’ve been on a mission to support as many women as I can, become the best version of themselves.
